About the Opportunity

Our client, a respected and well-established independent adjusting firm, is seeking an Intermediate to Senior Adjuster to join their Edmonton team. This is a great opportunity for an experienced adjuster looking to take ownership of complex, high-severity files while working with a collaborative and professional group that values autonomy, integrity, and results.

What You’ll Do

As a key member of the adjusting team, you’ll handle complex bodily injury and liability claims involving significant exposure (e.g., fractures, brain injuries, severe impact losses). You’ll be responsible for managing the full claims lifecycle—from first notice of loss through to settlement or litigation—while maintaining exceptional client communication and detailed reporting.

Responsibilities include:

Managing a full portfolio of bodily injury and liability claims independently

Conducting on-site investigations, scene assessments, and witness statements

Providing comprehensive client updates and analytical reporting

Supporting litigation preparation and settlement negotiations

Acting as a trusted partner to clients through consistent communication and professionalism

What You Bring

5+ years of experience as an Independent Adjuster or Company Adjuster with strong field experience

Demonstrated ability to manage high-severity bodily injury and liability claims with minimal supervision

Excellent investigative, analytical, and written communication skills

Confidence in client interactions and file management from start to finish

Alberta Independent Adjuster license (or eligibility to transfer)

Must be based in or near Edmonton, with ability to travel locally for investigations as needed
