We are seeking several highly skilled and motivated Intermediate Systems Engineer to join our growing engineering team in Ottawa and actively contribute to the design, development, integration, and delivery of our core products within the Electronics Warfare domain. As a member of the engineering team, you will integrate into our agile scrum environment and collaborate closely with software, test, and product teams.
In this role, you will provide technical leadership and systems engineering expertise throughout the project lifecycle. You will be responsible for translating customer and mission needs into system requirements, supporting system architecture and design activities, managing technical baselines, and ensuring successful system integration and deployment. The successful candidate will possess strong systems engineering knowledge, technical problem-solving skills, and mission awareness to help deliver complex solutions that meet customer needs.
Given the nature of our software development work, it is a condition of employment that the successful candidate receive the required security clearances. Successful candidates must be eligible for Controlled Goods Regulations Program (CGRP) government clearances and International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) . In addition, candidates must be able to obtain a Canadian Industrial Security Clearance to NATO SECRET level.
