Job summary

TalentSphere Staffing Solutions Inc. Toronto is seeking an Intermediate Revit Interior Designer for mid to high mixed-use residential projects. The role requires 5–8 years of full-time interior design experience and strong Revit skills, with a preference for ARIDO/NCIDQ tracked designers.

Must have 5+ mid to large-scale residential projects (100+ units), on large teams, with knowledge of OBC, NBC and AODA, plus skills in FF&E, millwork, lighting, finishes and presenting concepts.

Qualifications

• 5-8 years of full-time interior design experience; preference for ARIDO tracked or PMP certification.
• Candidates living in Markham, Newmarket, Vaughan, Richmond Hill or North York with a car and G license.
• 2+ years of on-the-job Revit skills on larger projects; plus Photoshop and InDesign; Bluebeam.
• Experience working in large teams on mid to larger scale residential projects; good OBC, NBC and AODA knowledge.
• Strong FF&E, millwork, lighting, finishes and color palettes; able to present design concepts.
• Exceptional communication skills with free-hand sketching to convey ideas.

The Role

TalentSphere is partnering with a larger Revit-based architecture firm seeking a seasoned Interior Revit Designer. The firm has expertise in large scale residential projects with multiple stakeholders; & seek an Interior Designer with 5-8 years of full-time experience. Candidates must have strong Revit skills, with a strong preference for ARIDO/NCIDQ tracked designers. Varied project typology welcome but you must have 5+ mid to larger scale residential projects (100+ units) experience.

What They Seek

• 5-8 years of full-time Interior design experience; preference for candidates that are ARIDO tracked; or with PMP certification
• Preference for candidates living in Markham, Newmarket, Vaughan, Richmond Hill or North York with a dedicated car and G license
• 2 + years of on-the-job Revit skills on larger projects; plus, Adobe Photoshop, InDesign; Bluebeam and Revit rendering software
• Proven experience working in larger teams across multiple projects; on mid to larger scale projects; good OBC, NBC and AODA knowledge
• Good FFE skills; solid millwork and lighting (reflected ceilings); support color selection, finishes and material palettes; Experience participating in design presentations
• Exceptional communication skills including free-hand sketching to communicate ideas quickly to decision makers in structured teams
