Your mission:

We are looking to add an Intermediate Repair Technician to our Operations team. Your mission will be to ensure the quality and reliability of our products through expert diagnosis, repair, and continuous improvement of electronic hardware. You’ll support product excellence by identifying issues, collaborating with engineering, and sharing your knowledge to guide and mentor junior team members, all while helping to strengthen our internal processes and uphold high standards of technical integrity.

In this role you will:
  • Troubleshoot and repair/rework defective product from Production
  • Complete root cause analysis to determine true source of fault or failure
  • Complete testing on repaired products at appropriate test station following normal production testing process
  • Provide feedback to production teams on quality issues or trends
  • Provide feedback to R&D Engineering on product design deficiencies
  • Collaborate with RMA Repair Technicians to monitor any trends or quality issues
  • Work directly with R&D Engineering for support on troubleshooting and repairs
  • Proofread schematics and documents
  • Develop and implement test jigs and procedures for troubleshooting product
  • Complete testing on production runs to back up Testing department
  • Provide backup for RMA Repair process
  • Issue RMA numbers to customers
  • Evaluate whether returned item is a warranty item or a customer damaged item
  • Troubleshoot and repair returned product from customer
This role might be right for you if you have:
  • Diploma or certificate in Electronics Technology, Electrical Engineering Technology, or a related field
  • 5+ years of hands‑on experience repairing and troubleshooting electronic products
  • Strong knowledge of analog and digital circuits, including soldering and rework (SMD and through‑hole)
  • Proficient in using diagnostic tools such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers
  • Ability to read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation
  • Familiarity with embedded systems, firmware, and software‑assisted troubleshooting
  • Experience documenting repair procedures and reporting technical issues to engineering teams
  • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across technical teams
  • Organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage inventory and service part tracking
