Qualifications

  • 3–5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design, preferably in SaaS or enterprise software.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing thoughtful design solutions and interaction patterns.
  • Proficiency in Figma and familiarity with design systems and responsive design.

About the Role

We’re looking for an Intermediate Product Designer to join our growing design team. In this role, you’ll contribute to shaping intuitive, accessible, and visually compelling experiences for Absorb’s learning solutions. You’ll collaborate with cross‑functional teams, take ownership of well‑defined projects, and help evolve our design system while deepening your craft.

What You’ll Do
  • Translate requirements into clear, user‑centered designs across web and mobile
  • Prototype and iterate on ideas to improve usability and interaction flows
  • Conduct and synthesize research to validate design decisions
  • Contribute to and maintain design system components for consistency
  • Explore multiple solutions and advocate for best practices in UX and UI
  • Collaborate closely with developers and product managers to ensure seamless delivery
  • Use modern design tools and methods, including AI‑assisted workflows
What You’ll Bring
