WSP in Canada is seeking a motivated individual to join its Materials Engineering team in Vancouver, BC. This role offers an early-career opportunity to gain hands-on experience across diverse construction projects, working with specialists to build resilient infrastructure.
The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil or Materials Engineering and 3–5 years of relevant experience. You'll support consulting services for concrete and pavement projects while contributing to the innovation of materials engineering.

In this early‑career role, you’ll gain hands‑on experience across a diverse portfolio of industrial, commercial, municipal, transportation, and residential projects. You’ll work alongside experienced specialists in a collaborative, science‑driven environment—building a strong technical foundation while contributing to innovation in materials engineering, including the growing application of data‑driven and AI‑enabled approaches.
AB, BC, NT, NU, SK & YT: $77,400 – $102,500
MB & ON: $70,600 – $97,200
NB, NL, NS, PE & QC: $69,900 – $92,900
The final salary awarded for this role may vary from the above range based on several factors including, but not limited to, relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, geographic location, performance, and business or organizational needs.
