Reporting to the Manager, Marketing and Communications, contributes to the development and growth of the sector by conceptualizing and executing liaison and recruitment activities which project a positive image of the sector in order to maximize outreach and attract a high caliber of students. Organizes and leads promotional and recruitment events and campaigns, generate web content and develop communication plans to project a positive image, promote the brand and increase the visibility of the sector. Acts as a resource person to employees of the sector on inquires related to communications to ensure compliance with established policies and standards.

If this is a front-line position with responsibilities to interact with students, selected candidates must be rated at the Low Advanced proficiency level or higher for both oral comprehension and reading comprehension in their second official language. The rating is determined by a proficiency test designed by the Official Languages and Bilingualism Institute.
