WHAT YOU’LL DO
Create
  • Lead the creation of design projects, from concept to execution, across digital, print, and experiential mediums.
  • Conceptualize and execute original creative ideas for menus, signage, digital ads, websites, packaging, events and wayfinding.
  • Develop and maintain brand identities for multiple Concorde brands, ensuring consistency and innovation.
Coordinate
  • Collaborate with marketing, content, and operational teams to deliver cohesive campaigns and materials.
  • Present and communicate design ideas and solutions to internal teams and stakeholders.
  • Coordinate printing and procurement of production items as required by venues.
  • Liaise with venue managers, internal department heads, and various stakeholders as required.
Support
  • Mentor and provide feedback to junior team members, fostering growth and collaboration.
  • Stay updated on industry trends to bring fresh, forward-thinking ideas to the table.
  • Manage timelines and day-to-day tasks to ensure successful completion of assignments in an efficient manner.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.
WHAT YOU HAVE
  • 3–5 years of professional design experience in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
  • Strong knowledge of typography, layout, and branding principles.
  • Experience with motion graphics or video editing (After Effects or Premiere) is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills with a keen eye for detail.
  • Ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines without compromising quality.
  • A collaborative spirit with a passion for innovation and storytelling.
  • Experience in web development and custom coding (CSS, HTML, plug-ins) is an asset.
  • Advanced spelling and grammatical proficiency.
