Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Intermediate Data Analyst to join our team. This role is ideal for someone with a strong foundation in data analysis who is ready to take on more complex projects and contribute to strategic decision-making. You will be responsible for creating reports, interpreting the data, identify trends, and deliver actionable insights that support business goals.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in a data analytics role or business intelligence, ideally in manufacturing or logistics.
• Postsecondary education in Data Science and Analytics, Computer Science, Engineering, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Experience designing and implementing reporting solutions using Tableau or similar visualization tools
• Experience working with data engineers and data scientists
• Strong SQL skills and experience querying relational databases
• Experience defining and communicating KPIs to business stakeholders
• Experience working with physical warehouse management software is an asset
• Experience with AVEVA, CSNx, JD Edwards, and MS Power Automate is an asset
• Experience with data integrations is an asset

Responsibilities

• Define, develop, and communicate KPIs in collaboration with the customer and internal stakeholders
• Establish and communicate data requirements for Bayside’s operations
• Design and implement dashboards that meet business needs and promote data-driven decision-making
• Query SQL databases to support reporting and analytics
• Collaborate with operations teams to identify and implement improvements in daily management, performance tracking, and implement data backed decisions
• Coordinate with IT and warehouse management software providers to implement fixes and enhancements
