Responsible for material requirements planning, negotiation, and purchasing of simple materials and services, considering cost, quality, and delivery within defined limits and in accordance with identified decision-making levels. Able to purchase items included in overhead, building services, capital expenditures, and standard items and components available on the commercial, military, and space market. Receives specific assignments with periodic supervision.
Successful candidates must obtain and hold a security clearance at the reliability status level and successfully pass the security assessment for the Controlled Goods Program (CGP) and ITAR.
