TKA+D is a young, innovative architecture and interior design firm located in Vancouver, Canada. We are a medium-sized firm of approximately 40 people with a passion for high quality, innovative design while providing our clients with exceptional personal service.

We are currently searching for Intermediate Architects registered or eligible to be registered in BC with a passion for creating buildings with high technical standards while realizing and maintaining a consistently high design

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of industry experience.
• Excellent design skills.
• Excellent technical skills in concrete, steel and/or wood construction documentation.
• Proven ability to translate design ideas into built form with technical excellence.
• Contract administration experience.
• A desire for a long-term position with growth potential.
• Experience in BIM documentation, preferably Revit.
• Must be registered with AIBC.

Responsibilities

• Participate in design development and documentation of projects from inception to completion.
• Collaborate with team members with potential for future leadership within the firm.

Weare currently searching for Intermediate Architects registered or eligible tobe registered in BC with a passion for creating buildings with high technicalstandards while realizing and maintaining a consistently high design quality.

Whilewe are looking for people who are specifically suited to our immediate needs,we are also searching for individuals who exhibit an interest and potential forfuture leadership positions in our firm. Applicants should have provenexperience in the design development, documentation, and management of projectsfrom inception to completion.

The successful applicant will possess:
