HERE’S HOW YOU’LL CONTRIBUTE:

  • Work within secure VDI environment and protect all sensitive information as per FCT guidelines.
  • Review, reconcile and process high volume of transactions and payments, check deposits and invoices etc and validate related reports by internal partners for completeness and accuracy.
  • Meet customer SLA’s for payments and invoicing
  • Validate and enter payments to various parties.
  • Collaborate with internal teams as part of workflow and for projects.
  • Collect outstanding amounts from customers and work to improve and avoid any billing errors.
  • Help to establish and maintain positive relationships with external customers.
  • Follow process and procedures required to perform month end activities that result in accurate revenue recognition that drives financial reports.
  • Provide backup support for team members.

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL BRING:

  • 1-2 years of Finance experience
  • University or college degree, ideally in accounting
  • High-level attention to detail and accuracy, organization and prioritization
  • Strong computer skills including intermediate level of MS Excel
  • Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Solid interpersonal and team building skills.
  • Excellent customer service skills
