Qualifications

  • Minimum five (5) years of progressive HR experience in a unionized public sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of employment and labour legislation.
  • Demonstrated experience managing scheduling or workforce planning systems.

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction to HR and Administration teams.
  • Lead and coordinate all HR functions for EMS.
  • Oversee scheduling operations to meet service demands.
  • Ensure compliance with Ministry of Health standards.
