You will lead a team focused on sports and customer experience, developing relationships and coaching team members to meet sales goals. A minimum of 2 years in retail management is required, along with a passion for people and sports. Our typical hiring range is between $38,800 and $58,200. Salary decisions are also dependent on other factors such as your experience, job-related knowledge, skills and competencies, store size and market location, industry benchmarks, internal equity and other role-specific requirements.
