Interface Engineer – Sectra Canada
Overview

Responsibilities
- Partner with healthcare providers and internal teams to determine how Sectra’s solutions add value in improving patient‑centered care.
- Design, build, document, and troubleshoot interfaces that facilitate data exchange between Sectra and third‑party systems.
- Test and validate implemented interfaces based on requirements.
- Perform internal and customer trainings when needed.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert for the Sectra HL7 products.
- Uphold Sectra’s reputation as a best‑in‑class provider for customer satisfaction.

Nice to Have
- Degree in computer engineering or a diploma in networking/IT with strong academic performance, or equivalent.
- Experience with PACS technologies, medical imaging workflows, and related tools.
- Knowledge of scripting languages: Python, JavaScript, PowerShell.
- Knowledge of Mirth, XML, and data integration tools and techniques.
- Experience with data migration (Flat‑File / HL7 / MS‑SQL).
- Knowledge of SQL statements.
- Ability to communicate in multiple languages (French an asset).
- Exposure to diverse cultural experiences.
