Qualifications

Job description

Airswift is seeking a Data Technician to join a major Oil and Gas client in Brooks or Medicine Hat, Alberta on an initial 1-year assignment.

The Opportunity

As an Integrity Data Technician, you will have the opportunity to showcase your exceptional communication and organizational skills. Utilize your past field experience and contribute to the ongoing development and implementation of Pressure Equipment and Pipeline Management programs within Western Canadian Operations.

Key Accountabilities
  • Ensure inspection reports for Pressure Vessels, Tanks, and PSVs are gathered and stored in alignment with the Integrity Management System.
  • Implement procedures for uploading data to Maxitrak and other relevant databases.
  • Collaborate with Field Operations and the Integrity group to manage pipeline corrosion mitigation data.
  • Liaise with inspection contractors, integrity vendors, and engineering contractors to gather and track data and outstanding deliverables.
  • Coordinate with the Integrity Database Analyst based in Calgary.
  • Maintain filing systems and manage the Asset Integrity mailbox.

  • Schedule: 5x2 – Monday to Friday, 8 hours/day
Skills & Qualifications
  • Experience working in fast-paced, multi-disciplinary environments.

  • Field experience in upstream oil & gas is an asset.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork skills.
