Insight Global is seeking a Systems/Integration Specialist for a large naval client in Victoria, BC. This role requires strong experience in complex communications systems, integration, and technical troubleshooting.

You will focus on the integration, testing, and support of both secure and non-secure communications systems, collaborating closely with technical teams to ensure successful deployment.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience supporting naval, submarine, defence, aerospace, telecom, or military communications systems.
• Experience with sonar, network, radio, radar, and command control systems.
• Experience with equipment racks and modifying and troubleshooting them.
• Experience writing technical procedures, test reports, and integration documentation.

In this position, you will be responsible for the hands‑on integration, testing, configuration, and support of secure and non‑secure communications systems. You will work closely with engineering, production, and technical teams to ensure communications equipment and network infrastructure are successfully integrated, tested, and operational prior to deployment.

Qualifications

• 5 years+ experience supporting naval, submarine, defence, aerospace, telecom or military communications systems
• Experience working on systems related to sonar, network, radio, radar, command control systems, amongst others
• Experience working on equipment racks and modifying and troubleshooting racks
• Experience writing technical procedures, test reports, integration documentation, and acceptance records and passing them to the engineering teams
