In this role, you will work collaboratively within a dynamic, multi-disciplinary team to provide holistic accommodations services and supports to students with disabilities. You will play a key part in ensuring an efficient intake and registration process, reviewing and assessing confidential medical and psychological documentation, and determining and implementing appropriate interim accommodations. You will liaise regularly with faculty, instructors, external service provides, community agencies, and internal university partners to support the effective delivery of accommodations and related services.
Core responsibilities include assessing eligibility of students to access services, processing registrations and planning and implementing interim accommodations based on each student’s disability‑related needs and strengths. You will also supervise front‑line staff who provide support services to students, which include booking appointments, responding to enquiries regarding services and assisting with the arrangement of accommodations.
