A leading global insurance company in Calgary is seeking an Insurance Supervision Analyst to perform business reviews of licensed insurance agents. Responsibilities include preparing compliance reports and providing training. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience in insurance and holds a Life Insurance License. Excellent communication skills are essential for this role, alongside proficiency in MS Office and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

The Insurance Supervision Analyst is responsible for conducting pre/post‑sale business reviews of select independent licensed insurance agents affiliated with World Financial Group Insurance Agency (WFGIA). The analyst reviews client files to assess, track findings, detect, and mitigate company risk, and conducts branch audits to ensure adherence to supervision and compliance requirements.
