Position Overview

We’re looking for an Insurance Service Specialist / Office Associate to join our friendly, high‑energy team. This is a front‑facing service role where you’ll be the first point of contact for our clients — both over the phone and in person.

The ideal candidate is outgoing, caring, coachable, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced environment. You’ll handle incoming service calls, client requests, and proactive outreach to ensure our clients are fully protected and supported. This includes household and policy reviews, pivoting to other lines of business when appropriate, and completing administrative tasks that keep our office running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greet clients in person and over the phone with professionalism and warmth.
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and service requests efficiently and accurately.
  • Conduct client outreach for household and policy reviews to ensure complete coverage.
  • Support the sales team through cross‑servicing and pivot opportunities (auto, property, life, and commercial).
  • Manage administrative duties such as policy updates, documentation, and client follow‑ups.
  • Use technology and AI‑based tools (training provided) to improve workflow efficiency.
  • Contribute to office‑wide goals and participate in monthly and annual bonus programs.
  • Uphold our agency’s reputation for excellent customer service and professionalism.
