Job summary

A leading financial institution is seeking a candidate to support Insurance Consultants within their regions. The role involves managing business processes, ensuring documentation is in order, and facilitating advisor education. Ideal candidates will have strong analytical skills, proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint, and a relevant university degree. This position is based in Saskatoon, Winnipeg, or Edmonton.

Qualifications

  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Excel and PowerPoint.
  • University degree or equivalent required.
  • LLQP would be a strong asset.

Responsibilities

  • Support IC prospecting and pipeline management activities.
  • Assist ICs with the sales process and documentation.
  • Provide quality assurance support for submissions.
  • Facilitate business development and education opportunities.
  • Manage in-force policies where IC is Agent of Record.
  • Provide administrative support to ICs as needed.

Skills

Strong analytical skills
Proficiency with Excel
Proficiency with PowerPoint
Knowledge of the insurance and/or wealth management industry

Education

University degree or equivalent
Industry accreditation (insurance license, CSC, CFP, PFP, CLU)
