A leading insurance brokerage is seeking an Insurance Sales Representative to enhance new business opportunities. The ideal candidate will have strong negotiation skills and a proactive approach to generating sales. This position offers a base salary of $40,000 plus a generous commission structure. Western offers our Commercial Sales representatives an Annual base Salary plus unlimited commissions, including annual and monthly bonus payouts.
Hours : Full-Time, Permanent - 37.5 hours / week
Location : Kitchener, ON
Compensation : 40,000 Base Salary + 40% New Business Commission
