Insurance Sales Producer

As an Insurance Sales Producer with Western Financial Group, you will be leverage our existing customer base to cross sell a variety of Personal Lines Insurance Products.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct sales calls with our existing clients, focusing on relationship-building and identifying new opportunities
  • Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
  • Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
  • Continuous self-development, through industry and community involvement, and industry related courses

  • RIBO License and Ontario auto insurance knowledge required

  • A self-motivated and intrapreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation

Hours : Full-Time, Permanent : 37.5 hours / week

Location : Remote in Ontario

Compensation : $40,000 salary + 40% commission on new business
