Insurance Sales Producer

As an Insurance Sales Producer with Western Financial Group you will be provided with a list of referrals to cross-sell Personal Lines Insurance Products.

Here is what a typical day looks like
  • Conduct sales calls from a list of warm referrals or existing clients focusing on relationship-building and identifying new opportunities
  • Up-sell and cross-sell when talking to customers on all our insurance products
  • Best match client needs to insurance company offerings
  • Continuous self-development through industry and community involvement and industry related courses

  • General Level 1 License and Alberta auto insurance knowledge required
  • A passion to help people protect what is most valuable to them.
  • A self-motivated and intrapreneurial mindset with unlimited earning potential through a mix of fixed and variable compensation
  • The ability to communicate professionally over the phone and through email
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt in the face of adversity

Hours : Full Time Permanent - Availability to work a total of 37.5 hours / week within Digital Sales team operating hours : Monday - Friday 9 : 00am - 8 : 00pm and Rotational Weekends 9 : 00am - 5 : 00pm

Location : Remote in Canada

Compensation : $40000 salary 40% commission on new business
