Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Resolve licensing issues for new agents, agencies and broker‑dealers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and high‑quality service delivery.
- Analyze licensing data to generate actionable insights and identify trends.
- Recommend and implement process improvements.
- Ensure all licensing activities are compliant with applicable U.S. state and federal regulations.
- Liaise with carriers and regulatory bodies to resolve discrepancies.
- Support digitization and automation of licensing and onboarding workflows.
- Participate in user acceptance testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Stay informed about regulatory and industry changes.
- Deliver high‑quality customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
Qualifications
- Post‑secondary education or equivalent professional experience.
- Industry certifications such as LOMA or ALMI preferred.
- Experience in audit compliance or market conduct examinations.
- Familiarity with U.S. state insurance department requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Technical aptitude including experience with licensing platforms such as Salesforce.
- Current knowledge of industry‑specific regulations is an asset.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
