Insurance Licensing Coordinator Remote

Support onboarding and compliance in the insurance industry with a remote role focused on U.S. licensing operations. This contract opportunity offers cross-functional collaboration exposure to strategic initiatives and a fast-paced environment. Ideal for professionals with experience in audit licensing or compliance.

What is in it for you:

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM EST.

Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Resolve licensing issues for new agents, agencies, and broker-dealers.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure consistent and high-quality service delivery.
  • Analyze licensing data to generate actionable insights and identify trends.
  • Recommend and implement process improvements.
  • Ensure all licensing activities are compliant with applicable U.S. state and federal regulations.
  • Liaise with carriers and regulatory bodies to resolve discrepancies.
  • Support digitization and automation of licensing and onboarding workflows.
  • Participate in user acceptance testing and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Stay informed about regulatory and industry changes.
  • Deliver high-quality customer service and resolve inquiries in a timely manner.
