Qualifications

• Two to three years of previous work experience as a case manager or relevant work experience.
• Strong knowledge of life and Critical Illness insurance products.

• Ability and willingness to make decisions independently.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process new business applications in a timely manner.
• Maintain a positive working relationship with internal departments and vendors.
• Provide timely and clear responses for one-time resolution.
• Order and review pending requirements as per Underwriting criteria.
• Communicate clearly for outstanding requirements and manage application lifecycles.
