We are currently looking for a full-time Personal Lines Account Manager to join our commercial lines department. As part of our team you will work with our clients performing as a trusted advisor and advocate by handling renewals, assessing risk exposures, providing recommendations for coverage, offering claims advice, recognizing, pursing and capturing new business wins from many sources including internal referrals, cross-selling and up-selling opportunities.

So, What Will You Spend Your Days Doing?

  • Processing renewals, new business and endorsements.
  • Assessing risk exposure and providing recommendations for coverage
  • Process client invoices
  • Offer clients claims advice
  • Partner with Producers on accounts
  • Data entry into carrier insurance portals and broker management system.
  • Remain current with carrier offerings and changes; must be familiar with all carriers we support.
  • Help create a customer-centric mindset and culture.

Key Qualifications

  • Effective Team player with a strong work ethic
  • Dedicated client focus and superior client service skills
  • Superior verbal and written communication skills
  • Accurate Risk Selection and successful execution of “Front Line” underwriting
  • RIBO or OTL license
  • CIP or CAIB designation is an asset
  • Previous experience working in a brokerage in a commercial lines capacity
  • Previous TAM or EPIC experience is an asset
