Advantage Insurance Brokers, a family-owned Saskatchewan brokerage, seeks a full-time Insurance Broker for our Balcarres office. You will meet clients, assess needs, quote options, process policy changes, and support clients with claims while building lasting relationships.

Qualifications

• CAIB Level 2 or 3 is required.
• Saskatchewan insurance licensing in good standing.
• Experience in personal and/or commercial insurance is an asset.
• Strong customer service and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while contributing to a team environment.
• Comfortable working with insurance management systems, office software, documentation, and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Meet with clients and assess their insurance needs and risk profiles.
• Prepare quotes and explain coverage options.
• Process new business, renewals, endorsements, and policy changes.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide ongoing policy support.
• Assist clients with claims-related questions.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships.
• Work with insurance carriers and stay current on available products and coverage.
• Contribute to the growth of the Balcarres office through referrals, networking and excellent customer service.

Role Description

Advantage Insurance Brokers is looking for a full-time Insurance Broker to join our Balcarres, Saskatchewan office.

The successful candidate will work directly with clients to understand their insurance needs, provide professional advice, and secure appropriate coverage.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

• Meeting with clients and assessing their insurance needs and risk profiles
