Our fast-paced Client Service Centre is a contact centre which is the perfect environment for individuals who are eager to expand their habitational insurance knowledge and a strong desire to help clients.

Our Burnaby Still Creek head office location is centrally located in the Willingdon Business Park near Brentwood Town Centre. This location is easily accessible by the Gilmore sky train station with many shops, restaurants and other amenities nearby.

Requirements
  • Level 2 General Insurance License or Level 1 and willing to obtain their Level 2 within 6 months
  • 1+ years of auto insurance experience
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience

Asset experience that will make you stand out:

  • Industry designation an asset
  • 6+ months of habitational insurance experience
  • Regular market experience e.g. Aviva, Wawanesa, Intact, Gore, Family, etc. with dwellings
A Day in the Life
  • You’ll be taking inbound and outbound calls from our Client Service Centre located in our Burnaby Still Creek Head Office
  • Provide clients with coverage recommendations based on their insurance needs and cross sell other insurance products
  • Assist clients with remarketing and new business, plus service renewal and endorsement requests
  • Braise yourself for a fast-paced and sales focused environment with an opportunity to earn new business bonuses

The expected salary range for this position is $50,000 to $55,000 and will be impacted by factors such as the successful candidate’s skills, experience and working location, as well as the specific position’s business line, scope and level. HUBInternational is proud to offer comprehensive benefit and total compensation packages which could include extended health benefits, disability insurance, RRSP matching, paid-time-off benefits, and eligible bonuses, and commissions for some positions.
