RBC Insurance is seeking a self-motivated Field Sales Advisor to provide integrated life, health and wealth planning within a broad referral network. You will prospect, build a new book of business, and leverage internal partners to deepen client relationships.
With licenses (HLLQP/LLQP) and 2+ years of sales experience, you will manage client needs using Salesforce and other tools, while achieving individual sales targets in a dynamic market.

As an accredited Life, Health & Wealth Advisor (HLLQP/LLQP) you provide integrated life insurance planning and advice to your existing network of referrals and new RBC client acquisitions. Your drive to understand the full suite of RBC Insurance Life, Whole Life, Living Benefits, & Wealth products enables you to provide valuable solutions to your clients based on their needs. Alongside your own prospecting and networking activity, you are fully supported by internal partners who work to help to deepen your client relationships through effective opportunity spotting and honest sales practices.

The expected base salary range for this particular position is $35,000 - $50,000 depending on your experience, skills, and registration status, market conditions and business needs. You have the potential to earn considerably more through RBC’s robust discretionary bonus program which gives you an opportunity to increase your total compensation, provided the business meets its performance targets and you meet your individual goals.
