Job summary

A regional insurance company seeks a dedicated individual to join their insurance team in Alberta. The successful candidate will provide exceptional customer service while promoting and advising on insurance products to fit members' needs. Ideal applicants will have strong sales and interpersonal skills, a minimum of 6 months in a related field, and a willingness to obtain necessary certifications. This in-office position offers 37.5 hours of work per week.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 6 months in insurance, sales, or customer service.
• Possession of General Insurance Certificate of Authority Level 1 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify members’ insurance requirements and advise on appropriate products.
• Build relationships with clients to ensure member retention.
• Engage in customer-focused discussions to facilitate buying decisions.
