Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in a sales and service environment.
• Level 1 Insurance license, with commitment to secure Level 2 within 12 months.
• Completion of Autoplan Essentials or commitment to complete in first 3 months.
• Limited history of Errors & Omissions and in good standing.
• Experience selling home insurance is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Recommend insurance products and services to current and new customers.
• Work with support teams to assess and recommend coverage.
• Achieve sales and productivity goals.
• Manage customer accounts and documentation.
• Participate in training courses to advance to Senior Insurance Advisor.
