Key Responsibilities

• Consult with individuals and families to assess their insurance needs.
• Educate clients on life, health, and supplemental insurance options.
• Recommend suitable policies based on client goals, budget, and risk profile.
• Build and maintain lasting client relationships through ongoing support and service.
• Meet individual and team sales goals through referrals and outreach.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with industry regulations.

Who You Are

• A strong communicator with a desire to help others
• Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Professional, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team
• Prior customer service or sales experience is an asset, but not required
• Must be eligible to work in Canada or the U.S.
• Must be willing to obtain insurance licensing (with our support)
