The ideal candidate will have a Level 2 General Insurance License, with 2-3 years in sales or customer service. Responsibilities include managing incoming calls, ensuring low wait times, and optimizing sales opportunities. Our Insurance Advisors are responsible for proactively meeting customers needs in a high volume this ever-changing environment we are looking for team members who are passionate about customer service that like to have fun and celebrate their successes together.
Location: Victoria BC or Remote in BC with eligible Licensing
Hours : Full Time 37.5 hours / week
Salary Range : $50000 - $70000
