  • Previous experience in sales, customer service or retail (insurance experience an asset).
  • A proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional communication skills: verbal, written and interpersonal.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and strong problem-solving abilities.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
