Community Sports Partners in Brampton is seeking Soccer Referees to officiate adult league matches, support game-day operations, and uphold league standards across our venues. The role requires a strong knowledge of the Laws of the Game and the ability to maintain control during high‑intensity play.

You will communicate clearly with players, manage disciplinary situations, complete match reports, and ensure punctual kick-offs.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of the Laws of the Game.
• Previous experience refereeing competitive adult soccer preferred.
• Confident managing competitive, high-intensity game environments.
• Able to make quick, decisive, and impartial decisions under pressure.
• Strong communication and conflict-management skills.
• Professional, composed, and confident when handling player disputes.

Responsibilities

• Officiate adult league soccer matches consistently, fairly, and professionally
• Enforce Laws of the Game and maintain control of matches

• Verify team rosters and manage pre-game check-ins

• Escalate serious incidents or repeat disciplinary issues when required
