We’re looking for a creative and detail-oriented Instructional Designer to develop accessible, engaging, and practical learning experiences across in-person, blended, and online formats.

What You’ll Do
  • Design and develop learning content for in-person, blended, and online training
  • Conduct needs assessments and define clear learning objectives
  • Create accessible and inclusive materials (AODA / WCAG) including job aids, infographics, and storyboards
  • Develop multimedia scripts and interactive eLearning modules using Articulate Rise / Storyline
  • Collaborate with subject matter experts and internal teams to align training with organizational goals
  • Evaluate learning outcomes using LMS data and user feedback
  • Support post-launch troubleshooting and continuous content improvement
  • Stay up to date with trends in instructional design, adult learning, and accessibility
What You Bring
  • Minimum 3 years of instructional design and eLearning development experience
  • Strong writing, editing, and multimedia design skills
  • Experience with Articulate 360 (Rise / Storyline), Moodle, Microsoft 365, JavaScript / HTML5
  • Familiarity with AI tools like ChatGPT, WellSaid Labs, and DeepL
  • Knowledge of SCORM / xAPI and LTI standards
  • Bilingualism (English / French) is an asset
  • Eligibility to obtain Secret-level security clearance (PSPC)
