Midtown Sanctuaire transforme ses espaces et enrichit l’offre de cours en groupe. Nous recherchons des instructeurs de Yoga capables d’offrir des expériences de qualité dans divers formats, y compris en environnement chauffé et bilingue FR/EN.

Les candidats retenus participeront à des auditions et formations en direct et devront démontrer une forte présence et une excellente gestion de classe dans un cadre dynamique et orienté bien-être.

Qualifications

• Détention de la certification Yoga appropriée.
• Excellentes compétences de coaching en groupe et gestion de classe.
• Capacité à animer une grande salle et à préserver la sécurité en milieu chauffé.
• Maîtrise du français et de l’anglais souhaitée.

Responsibilities

• Animer les formats Power Vinyasa, Vinyasa, Restorative, Alignment et Ignite.
• Assurer une expérience de cours captivante et sécurisée pour les membres.
• Participer aux Live Trainings et assurer le lien avec les clubs Midtown.
• Gérer efficacement le flux de la session et les transitions musicales.

Midtown Sanctuaire vit actuellement une transformation des plus stimulantes, avec de magnifiques nouveaux espaces entièrement repensés et une offre de cours de groupe bonifiée qui prend forme partout au club.

Midtown Sanctuaire is undergoing an exciting transformation, with newly designed beautiful spaces and an expanded Group Fitness experience taking shape across the club. As we prepare to bring our new Samadhi studio to life, we’re looking for exceptional Yoga instructors who combine strong technical knowledge with warmth, presence and the ability to create a class experience members want to return to.

We’re recruiting instructors for the following formats:

• Power Vinyasa A challenging heated Yoga experience connecting movement and breath through powerful, intelligently sequenced flows designed to build strength, mobility and energy.
• Vinyasa A fluid practice connecting breath and movement through thoughtfully sequenced flows.
• Restorative Yoga A slower, deeply restorative practice designed to help members release tension, reset and recover.
• Alignment Yoga A technique-focused practice emphasizing intentional movement, body awareness and strong foundational alignment.
• Ignite An athletic, muscle-sculpting mind + body experience in our heated Samadhi studio combining yoga-inspired movement, strength training using weights and bursts of cardio.

We’re looking for instructors who:

• Hold the appropriate Yoga certification
• Have exceptional group coaching and class-management skills
• Can confidently command a large room
• Have strong presence and personality
• Connect naturally with members
• Demonstrate excellent pre-cueing and coaching clarity
• Have strong musicality, particularly for Pilates Amped
• Can coach safely and effectively in a heated environment
• Are comfortable with athletic movement and strength training where required
• Can confidently teach in both French and English
• Are open to feedback, development

Candidates who move forward will be invited to audition and, if selected, will be required to participate in our Live Trainings: Ignite: September 13 | 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm Samadhi upskill (for all other yoga formats mentioned above): September 18 | 4:00 pm to 9:00 pm
