Qualifications
  • Education: Hold a College Diploma (DEC) in Building Estimation and Valuation Techniques, or a DEC in Architecture.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in estimation within the public construction sector.
  • Software: Proficiency in Excel, L'Estimateur Général software, and good knowledge of Plan Swift.
  • Technical Knowledge: Excellent knowledge of BSDQ operations.
  • Certifications: Possess a valid ASP Construction card.
  • Mobility: Must have a vehicle and a valid driver’s license (for site visits).
  • Skills: Demonstrate strong communication and negotiation skills, leadership, sound judgment, and a great sense of initiative.
