This permanent full-time position involves managing costs and engaging in project management, with a competitive salary range of $100,000 to $130,000 annually. Ideal candidates should have a DEC in Building Estimation or Architecture, along with at least 3 years of experience in public sector estimation. Essential responsibilities include preparing project submissions and leading meetings while collaborating closely with project managers.
