Motion is seeking an Installer Technician in St Catharines, Ontario to install, assemble, troubleshoot, and repair mobility equipment at client homes and facilities. You will work with wheelchairs, mobility scooters, seating components, lifting devices, and related products, using vendor software and internal systems for programming and documentation.

You are technically inclined, hands-on, and enjoy figuring out how things work. You have experience troubleshooting and solving mechanical challenges, and you are comfortable using manual and power tools to assemble, install, adjust, and repair equipment. You are computer savvy, detail-oriented, organized, and eager to learn new software and product systems. You are friendly, empathetic, and motivated by helping clients gain independence, mobility, and safety in their daily lives.

We are adding a compassionate and knowledgeable Installer Technician to our team in St Catharines, Ontario. In this role, you will install, assemble, troubleshoot, adjust, and repair mobility and accessibility equipment for clients. You will work with manual and power mobility devices, seating components, lifting devices ( VPL, Stairlifts, Ceiling tracks), and other accessibility solutions, travelling to private residences, healthcare facilities, and community sites to complete installations and service work. You will also use vendor software and internal systems to support programming, documentation, order review, and equipment setup so each solution meets the client’s needs.
