Installation & Service Supervisor

Our client is seeking a hands‑on and organized Installation & Service Supervisor to oversee field operations and ensure the successful delivery of installation and service projects. This role is responsible for managing a team of technicians, coordinating schedules, maintaining equipment, and ensuring safety and quality standards are met across all job sites. The successful candidate will bring proven leadership experience, strong operational oversight, and the ability to foster a high‑performing team culture. They will be comfortable working in both office and field environments and managing unionized staff.

Your success will be defined by your ability to :
  • Coordinate and execute installation and service orders efficiently and on schedule
  • Supervise and mentor technicians, ensuring high-quality workmanship and safety compliance
  • Communicate effectively with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Manage equipment and resources to minimize downtime and control costs
  • Ensure compliance with COR safety standards and maintain accurate documentation
  • Collaborate with sales and fabrication teams to resolve issues and meet customer expectations
  • Lead performance reviews, training, and development for field staff
  • Maintain strong relationships with union representatives and uphold collective agreements
Your strengths include :
  • Post‑secondary education in business, project management, or related field (preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in installation, construction, or service operations
  • 2+ years in a supervisory role, preferably in a unionized environment
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent communication and customer service abilities
  • Proficiency with scheduling and project management tools
  • Knowledge of safety protocols and COR certification (preferred)
  • Valid Class 5 driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Ability to lift and move materials up to 50 lbs and travel locally with occasional overnight stays
