KONE Atlantic Canada is seeking an Installation & Modernization Supervisor to lead field operations on installation and modernization projects across the Atlantic region. You will manage a construction team on-site, coordinate with general contractors, and ensure compliance with codes and safety standards.

The ideal candidate has 2+ years of construction supervisory experience, plus an associate degree in a related field, and a strong focus on learning and safety.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of construction experience with supervisory responsibilities.
• Experience leading a team on a construction site, ideally with union representation.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate field teams on installation and modernization projects.
• Manage project schedules, resources and subcontractors to ensure on-time execution.
• Collaborate with contractors and stakeholders to meet code requirements and safety standards.
• Provide learning opportunities and guidance to team members.
