This role focuses on translating the product roadmap into a well‑defined project scope, with clear timelines, accountability, and stakeholder communication. DarkVision develops high‑resolution ultrasonic inspection technology for industrial assets. We engineer, develop, and manufacture hardware and software to deliver pipe integrity inspection reports that inform our customers of the condition and health of their assets. What You Will Do

In this role, you will lead the collaboration between a wide array of software and firmware teams, including Software Engineering, Machine Learning Science, Data Development, and Data Analytics/Delivery. Your primary responsibility is to ensure that projects are executed according to requirements and desired timelines. You will work closely with Product Management to clearly define the scope of projects and communicate how they correlate to the product roadmap.

Define the Scope

  • Work closely with product managers to understand the scope of a given product initiative and divide the objectives into distinct and well‑understood projects/phases.
  • Work with product managers and technical leads to map the solutions based on impact/effort to a given project and define more granular tasks that align with the product roadmap.

Project Execution

  • Manage the end‑to‑end execution and delivery of cross‑functional software‑based projects.
  • Maintain project timelines and track progress across multiple concurrent initiatives.
  • Hold contributors accountable for their deliverables.

Communication

  • Be the primary point of contact and central hub of communication and information between project stakeholders and contributors.
  • Provide timely communication of project progress and statuses to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Raise and resolve project prioritization and risks with stakeholders.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • 3+ years of experience managing cross‑functional software‑centric projects.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Computer Science.

General Salary Range

For this role, we anticipate paying $90,000 to $130,000 base salary per year. This role is eligible for variable pay, issued as a monetary bonus or in another form.
