The role emphasizes sales goals, guest-centric solutions, and collaboration with guests and our enriching development programs. A high school diploma and sales experience are preferred, with long hours including weekends expected.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• 2 years’ sales experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Well-organized with the ability to follow through tasks.
• Ability to learn in-house computer programs.
• Available to work long hours standing, including days, evenings, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Pursue sales goals with energy and drive, consistently exceeding targets.
• Build strong guest relationships and deliver guest-centric solutions.
• Ensure stock availability and provide clear delivery dates to guests.
• Shop the competition and gather pricing, programs, products and service insights.
