As an Inside Sales Representative in the Ventilation Department, you’ll support our contractor clients by preparing quotes, reviewing HVAC drawings and specifications, and helping ensure accurate, efficient order processing. This is an entry‑level role ideal for someone with technical curiosity, a solid grasp of math, and an eagerness to learn the ins and outs of ventilation products and sales.

What you will accomplish with us:

• Assist with quoting and order entry for ventilation products.
• Review mechanical drawings and specifications to prepare accurate quotations.
• Coordinate internally with other departments to ensure project accuracy.
• Maintain product knowledge and stay current with training (provided).
• Ensure work is double‑checked and verified before submission.
• Work independently and take ownership of your tasks.
• Support the outside sales team — no direct contact with clients required.
