Piedmont Plastics is seeking a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to grow our Montreal market. You will develop new accounts, support existing clients, and expand our customer base in a fast-paced plastics distribution environment.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Combination of education and sales experience acceptable.
• Inside sales experience in plastics, industrial or distribution sales preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop new accounts through prospecting, networking, cold-calling and referrals.
• Provide sales support to existing accounts and obtain new orders.
• Expand the customer base and manage orders from inquiry to delivery.
• Communicate order status and customer concerns to the sales team daily.
• Maintain product and technical knowledge in plastics industry.

We are currently looking for a bilingual Inside Sales Representative to help us grow our business in the Montreal, Quebec Canada area. As an ISR, you will:

• Develop new accounts through prospecting, networking, cold-calling and referrals
• Provide sales support to existing accounts and obtain new orders
• Expand the customer base
• Communicate the status of orders and customer concerns to sales team and management daily
• Maintain and enhance product and technical knowledge in the plastics industry
• Follow-up on leads and application opportunities
• Contribute to the team effort of the branch

If you have:

• At least 2 years of sales experience with a significant track record of obtaining and exceeding sales goals orA two or four-year college or university degree
• A combination of comparable education and sales experience
• Inside sales experience in plastic, industrial or distribution sales preferred, but not required
• A positive attitude and are a team player
