Job summary

TP is seeking a Sales Representative to grow new and existing business by leveraging strong communication and strategic guidance on domain registration and web hosting solutions. You will influence clients, upsell services, and manage relationships while driving KPI targets.

The role requires an Associate’s degree or certification and at least 1 year in customer service or sales, with on-site training transitioning to hybrid work. Base pay CAD 20/hour plus 5–15% KPI bonus, paid monthly.

Qualifications

  • Associate’s degree or certification from an accredited program for technical and/or GED/ High school education required.
  • 1 year+ experience in customer service or prior work experience dealing with the public as a sales agent (preferred)
  • 1 year+ of experience troubleshooting basic hardware, software, or connectivity issues (preferred) and related tech support experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling
  • Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance and customer satisfaction targets

  • Deliver a consistently superior customer experience while prioritizing the attainment of assigned sales quotas and organizational KPIs.
  • Provide expert recommendations to facilitate the achievement of client business objectives, identifying opportunities for upselling core products and advanced platform features.

As a Sales Representative, your sales expertise combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will be used to help new and existing businesses grow. An opportunity to work with one of the world’s best clients in the website and domain hosting business. Using your influencing and relationship-building skills, you will advise existing customers by providing strategic guidance on how to develop a successful journey into specific products, platforms and services. You anticipate how decisions are made, persistently explore and uncover the business needs of your clients.

Salary: Base pay of CAD 20/hour with additional bonus earning potential between 5% to 15% based on KPI achievement of set targets, paid monthly.
Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

  • Deliver a consistently superior customer experience while prioritizing the attainment of assigned sales quotas and organizational KPIs.
  • Provide expert recommendations to facilitate the achievement of client business objectives, identifying opportunities for upselling core products and advanced platform features.
  • Develop and maintain mastery of one or more core product segments to serve as a subject matter expert.
  • Manage a high-frequency workflow of prospective client interactions via telephone, aligning tactical support with strategic business opportunities.
  • Orchestrate daily operations with autonomy and proactivity, centering activities on evolving customer requirements and performance incentives.
Job Requirements:
  • Associate’s degree or certification from an accredited program for technical and/or GED/ High school education required.

Schedule
  • On-site for the first 3 months of employment, and hybrid afterwards.
  • Training Hours of Operations: 8 weeks of training from 9AM - 6PM.
  • Hours of operations: The program operates 7 days a week, 9 hours a day with a shift window between 9:00 am to 11:00 pm ET. The shift schedule may be subjected to monthly updates.
