Kerr Controls Ltd. (Kerr) is a leading distributor of Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning, Refrigeration Equipment, and Supplies. We have an immediate opening for a dynamic, dedicated and highly motivated Inside Sales Representative working from our Saint John, NB location.

We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team, where you’ll leverage your computer skills and attention to detail in order entry, paperwork completion, and customer follow-up. You’ll help our customers succeed while maintaining safe and efficient work practices.

  • Must possess intermediate computer skills
  • Must demonstrate meticulous attention to detail for order entry
  • Ensure accurate and thorough completion of all paperwork
  • Adhere to safe and efficient work practices
  • Maintain diligent follow-up on tasks and customer needs
  • Exhibit a strong passion for helping customers succeed in their businesses
  • HVAC product knowledge is not a required but considered and asset
  • Previous experience in customer service and / or counter sales
  • Willingness to participate in both technical and professional training
  • Flexibility to assist warehouse staff periodically is considered an asset
  • Must maintain an exceptionally positive and enthusiastic attitude
