What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
  • Make outbound calls and follow up with existing and prospective customers to drive sales and promote special product offers
  • Identify, qualify, and develop leads using CRM tools, research, and targeted outreach
  • Build and maintain relationships with customers in an assigned territory to foster loyalty and repeat business
  • Promote special offers and product campaigns, including time-sensitive promotions and marketing-driven campaigns
  • Maintain CRM records to track activities, progress, and opportunities in the sales pipeline
What is Required (Qualifications):
  • Post-secondary education or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous customer service or outbound/inside sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets through proactive outreach and relationship building
  • Strong communication skills with a confident, clear, and courteous phone manner
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; comfortable managing multiple priorities
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
  • Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce
  • Bilingual (English/French) is an asset
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; knowledge of Power BI is a plus
  • A positive, motivated, and customer-focused attitude with strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
